Lower Grand Lagoon is a census-designated place (CDP) in Bay County, Florida, United States. The population was 4,398 at the 2020 census, up from 3,881 at the 2010 census.[5] It is part of the Panama City–Panama City Beach, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area. The area was heavily damaged by an EF3 tornado on January 9, 2024.[6]
