Lower Red Lake is an unorganized territory in Beltrami County, Minnesota, United States.The territory is located on the Red Lake Indian Reservation, and the town of Red Lake is located in the area. The population of the Lower Red Lake territory was 5,790 at the 2010 census.[1]
