Lucien Leopold Joseph Jottrand (Genappe, 31 January 1804 – Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, 17 December 1877) was a Belgian-Walloon lawyer, politician, progressive Flamingant and Pan-Netherlander. He was member of the National Congress of Belgium shortly after the de facto independence of Belgium and held a unique position in the young Flemish Movement.[1]
