'Luis Daniel Wilson Ugarte’ (born 20 February 1962) is a Peruvian politician.[1] He is a former Congressman, elected in the 2006 elections, representing the Cusco region for the 2006–2011 period. Wilson belongs to the Peruvian Aprista Party.[2]
