Luther Lochman von Wedekind (1864 – November 24, 1935) was medical director for the United States Navy.[1] He was Commander of the hospital ship Solace.[2]
Medical Director, Captain, U. S. Navy, retired, New York; College of Physicians and Surgeons, Medical Department of Columbia College, New York, 1886; entered the navy in 1888 and retired in 1928; aged 71; died, Nov. 24, 1935, of chronic myocarditis.

Dr. Wedekind is a medical inspector in the United States Navy commanding the hospital ship Solace. ...
