The M-15 Motorway, also known as the Hazara Motorway (Hindko/Urdu: ہزارہ موٹروے, Pashto: د هزاره موټروې), is a 180-kilometer controlled-access motorway in Pakistan. It links the Burhan Interchange near Hasan Abdal in the Punjab province with Haripur, Havelian, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Shinkiari, Battagram, and Thakot in the Hazara Division of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

The project is divided into seven packages – the first four (from Burhan to Mansehra) were completed and inaugurated on 27 December 2017 and 18 November 2019, and the last three sections, from Maneshra to Thakot, were inaugurated on 29 July 2020.

The Hasan Abdal and Havelian section was financed by the Asian Development Bank,[2] along with a Rs. 10.021 billion (US$35 million) grant from the United Kingdom,[3] while the Havelian to Shinkiari and Shinkiari to Thakot sections of the motorway were financed under the China–Pakistan Economic Corridor.[4]
