Muhammad Cassim Siddi Lebbe (11 June 1838 – 5 February 1898), who was also known by the name Mukammatu Kacim Cittilevvai, was a prominent figure in British Ceylon, modern-day Sri Lanka. He made significant contributions across various fields as a lawyer, educationist, scholar, and philosopher. Renowned for his visionary insights, Lebbe was also an accomplished writer and publisher. His role extended beyond these professional spheres, as he was actively involved in social reforms and was a respected leader within the Muslim community of his time."
