Macrohon, officially the Municipality of Macrohon (Cebuano: Lungsod sa Macrohon; Tagalog: Bayan ng Macrohon), is a 4th class municipality in the province of Southern Leyte, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 26,580 people.[3]
