Maduebibisi Ofo Iwe (born April 7, 1958) is a Nigerian academic, author, and Professor of Food Science and Extrusion Technology. He is serving as the sixth substantive Vice-Chancellor[1] of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike. He assumed office on 1 March 2021.
