The Magaguadavic River (/ˌmæɡəˈdeɪvɪk/ mag-ə-DAY-vik;[1] French: Rivière Magaguadavic) is a historic Canadian river located in the province of New Brunswick.
The name "Magaguadavic" is a Maliseet / Passamaquoddy term that is believed to translate into "River of Eels".
