Seyyed Mahmoud Alavi (Persian: محمود علوی; born 4 May 1954) is an Iranian conservative politician who currently serves as the Special Aide to the President of Iran since 2024. He was formerly minister of intelligence in first and second government of Hassan Rouhani.
