Malachy Martin (Irish: Máel Ó Máirtín, also Malachi Earl Martin, c. 1831 – 24 December 1862) was an Irish-born Australian murderer. In 1862, he was convicted of the murder of Jane Macmanamin, for which he was executed the same year. He was later found responsible for the killing of his wife's first husband, William Robinson, and is suspected to have been involved in the disappearance of two travelers and the killing of an Aboriginal teenager.
