Mana Nakao (中尾 真那, Nakao Mana), born 2 September 1986 in Uji, Kyoto prefecture, Japan, is a Japanese football player who played for Sanfrecce Hiroshima, Zweigen Kanazawa, and AS Laranja Kyoto. His mother is Japanese and his father is Tanzanian.[1]
