Manimajra State was a Sikh kingdom and later jagir (estate) based in the Manimajra area from 1764 to 1875. The area is in the present-day region of Chandigarh.[note 1][1]: 32 [2] The state had poor relations with Patiala and Nahan states, often warring with them.[2]
