Mano DeAyala (born Emilio Fernando DeAyala) is an American lawyer and politician serving in the Texas House of Representatives where he represents Texas's 133rd House of Representatives district.[1]

Prior to his election to the Texas legislature, DeAyala was a partner at Buck Keenan LLP, where he specialized in international arbitration law.

In April 2017, Governor Greg Abbott appointed DeAyala to a six-year term on the board of the Texas Board of Criminal Justice where he served as the Chair of the Business & Finance Committee and also served as Trustee of the Windham School District.[1] DeAyala vacated his seat on the board once elected to the Texas House of Representatives.

From 2020 to 2023, he served as a United States-appointed arbitrator under the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement.[2][3]

DeAyala graduated from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business in 1988 and received a J.D. from Southern Methodist University in 1992.[1]
