Manuel Granados Covarrubias (Iztapalapa, Mexico City, August 1, 1974) is a lawyer with a specialty in constitutional law who was appointed in July 2015 of the Legal Department and Legal Services of the Federal District by Miguel Ángel Mancera, head of government of the Federal District. His main task was to finalize the reform of the Federal District and promote the Political Constitution of Mexico City. On December 9, 2017, he resigned as legal adviser to the country's capital[1] to be elected as president of the National Executive Council of the Party of the Democratic Revolution.[2]
