Marcel Henri Claude Reyes (born in Santiago, Chile on 26 February 1957) is a Chilean economist, academic, and political activist. He was an independent candidate to become President of Chile in the 2013 Chilean presidential election,[2] and has been endorsed by the Humanist Party.[3]

Previously, Claude worked at the Central Bank of Chile between 1983 and 1995, and later directed two Chilean environmental NGOs.
