Marcus R. Oshiro[2] (born April 24, 1959 in Honolulu, Hawaii) is an American politician who was a Democratic member of the Hawaii House of Representatives from 1994 to 2017. Oshiro consecutively served from November 1994 until 2012 in the District 40 and 39 seats, and 2012 until 2017 for District 46.
In 2017, Governor of Hawaii David Ige appointed Lei Learmont to succeed him when he joined the Hawai‘i Labor Relations Board.[3]
