Maria Chiara Carrozza (born 16 September 1965)[1] is an Italian physicist, engineer and politician who served as Minister of Education, University and Research in the government of Prime Minister Enrico Letta between April 2013 and February 2014. She has been president of the National Research Council of Italy since April 2021.[2]
