Mark Samuel Weinberg AO FAAL KC (born 13 May 1948[2]) is a former judge of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria from July 2008 to May 2018. He is a former judge of the Federal Court of Australia who served from July 1998 to July 2008.[3][4]
