Marlin Theophelus Phelps (October 9, 1881 – February 13, 1964)[3] was a justice of the Supreme Court of Arizona from January 4, 1949 to January 3, 1961. He served as chief justice from January 1954 to December 1954, and from January 1959 to December 1959.
