Marshall County High School is a high school in Lewisburg, Tennessee, and a part of Marshall County Schools. Marshall County High School has 812 students in grades 9-12 with a student-teacher ratio of 18 to 1.

In 1931 students engaged in renovation projects for the school.[3]

In 2021, Justin Perry became the principal at Marshall County High School.

The school has a wide range of classes and activities, including sports such as football, girls and boys basketball, cross country, golf, baseball, softball, swim, girls and boys’ soccer, bowling, and wrestling. Arts offered include chorus, marching band, theater and drama, Yearbook, art, and even AP Photography. Clubs that are currently available at MCHS are Student Council, FBLA, FCA, Educators Rising, Beta Club, T4, Page Turners Book Club, Dungeons & Dragons Club, History Club, and Drama Club.
