Martin Luther Agwai CFR FSS MSS DSS fwc (born 8 November 1948) is a retired Nigerian Army general who served as Chief of Defence Staff and Chief of Army Staff. He was the 13th Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Governing Council of the University of Calabar[1]
