Mary Frances Isom (February 27, 1865 – April 15, 1920) was a librarian, and one of the founders of the Oregon Library Association, the Pacific Northwest Library Association and the Oregon State Library Commission.[1] She was instrumental in the formerly private Portland Library Association being opened to the public as what is now the Central Library Building in Portland.
