Matthew Phillips (born 13 March 1991) is a professional footballer, who plays as a winger, forward or left wing-back for EFL Championship club Oxford United.

Born in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, to a Jamaican-born father of Barbadian descent and a Scottish mother, Phillips began his career at Wycombe Wanderers before a move to Blackpool, spending a spell on loan at Sheffield United. In 2013 he moved to Queens Park Rangers and in 2016 he signed for West Bromwich Albion, where he played for eight seasons before signing for Oxford in 2024.

He represented England at under-19 and under-20 level but has subsequently represented Scotland at senior level.
