McKinley Belcher III is an American actor, known for his starring role as Samuel Diggs in the PBS television series Mercy Street,^[1] Anthony Carter in the Fox genre drama The Passage, and as Agent Trevor Evans in Netflix crime thriller Ozark.^[2]
