Md Wasim Akram (মো. ওয়াসিম আকরাম; 6 December 2001 – 16 July 2024) was a Bangladeshi student activist. He was a third-year undergraduate student in Sociology at Chittagong College. Akram became known for his involvement in the 2024 Bangladesh quota reform movement. On 16 July 2024, he died during a clash between reform activists, police, and members of a political party's student wing in Muradpur, Chittagong.[1]
