Meghana Gaonkar (born 8 May 1987) is an Indian actress working in Kannada cinema.^{[citation needed]} She made her acting debut in 2010, with the film Nam Areal Ond Dina.^[1] She has been nominated twice for Best Actress Filmfare Award. She has been nominated for IIFA award for her IPS officer role as DCP Deepa Kamath in Shivaji Surathkal 2. ChooMantar is her upcoming film with Sharan.
