In Greek mythology, Melanion (; Ancient Greek: Μελανίων) or Meilanion (Μειλανίων) may refer to two distinct characters:
- ^ Pherecydes, fr. 132 [=Fowler (2013), vol. 1, p. 345 & vol. 2, p. 438]
- ^ Fowler (2013), vol. 2, p. 438: “Melanion looks like an invention to give Argeios three sons, a respectable number; the whole thing could be Pherekydes' doing, . .”
- ^ Apollodorus, 5.9.3
