Mercy Secondary School, Mounthawk is a secondary school in Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland. As of 2024, the school had over 1,300 pupils[1] and approximately 105 teachers (85 permanent and 20 substitutes).[citation needed] The school was formed, in 2002,[2] following the amalgamation of two former Mercy schools: St John's Balloonagh and St. Mary's Moyderwell.[3] The school operates under the trusteeship of CEIST (Catholic Education an Irish Schools Trust).[3]
