Michael Bailey Smith is an American actor. He is best known for his appearances on the television series Charmed, where he played Belthazor, a Grimlock leader and Shax. He also appeared in Men in Black 2 (2002) as Creepy, a minor antagonist of the 2002 sci-fi comedy film Men In Black II. He was eaten by Serleena shortly after her arrival on Earth.
