Michel Liphschutz

Michel Liphschutz (25 February 1910 – 5 September 1994)[2] was a Russian philatelist who was entered on the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 1968. He was a specialist in the early stamps of Russia, including Zemstvo issues and Russian post offices abroad, the RSFSR and the Soviet Union.[2]
