Mike Sangster (11 September 1940 – 30 April 1985) was a British No. 1 tennis player of the 1960s.[4] He reached at least the quarter-final stage of each of the four Grand Slams, getting to the semi-finals of the 1963 French Open, 1961 Wimbledon and the 1961 US Open. Sangster was ranked World Amateur No. 7 in 1961 by Ned Potter.[1]
