The office of the Minister for the Constitution and European Union Relations, previously known as Minister of State without Portfolio and sometimes the Constitution Minister, is a ministerial role in the Government of the United Kingdom.[3] The current postholder since 8 July 2024 is Nick Thomas-Symonds, who also serves as Paymaster General and Minister for the Cabinet Office.
