The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation (Portuguese: Ministro dos Negócios Estrangeiros e Cooperação, Tetum: Ministru Negósius Estranjeirus no Kooperasaun) is a senior member of the Constitutional Government of East Timor heading the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.
