The Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation is the head of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. The Minister is appointed by the President of Russia upon recommendation of the Prime Minister of Russia. The current Minister of Internal Affairs is Vladimir Kolokoltsev.[1]
