Miss Cosmo World 2023 is Shelby Ann Howell from United States. This is the first time USA has won a crown and the sixth edition of Miss CosmoWorld. She won the title on November 19, 2023, held at St. Regis Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.[1]
