Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 (Vietnamese: Hoa hậu Hòa bình Việt Nam 2022) was the inaugural Miss Grand Vietnam pageant, held at the Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on October 1, 2022.[1][2]

At the end of the event, Đoàn Thiên Ân of Long An was crowned Miss Grand Vietnam 2022. She represented Vietnam at Miss Grand International 2022, placing in the top 20.[3][4][5][3][6]
