Mohammad Mohit Ur Rahman Shanto (born 14 June 1977)[1] is a Bangladeshi politician and a former Jatiya Sangsad member representing the Mymensingh-4 constituency.[2][3][4] He won for the Bangladesh Awami League in the 2024 Bangladeshi general election.[5][6] Shanto is the son of former religion minister Matiur Rahman.[7] He is a councillor of the Bangladesh Cricket Board from Mymensingh.[8]
