Montoggio (Ligurian: Monteuggio) is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Genoa in the Italian region Liguria, located about 14 kilometres (9 mi) northeast of Genoa. As of October 2006, it had a population of 2,018 and an area of 46.4 square kilometres (17.9 sq mi).[3]
