Mourad Medelci (Arabic: مراد مدلسي; 30 April 1943 – 28 January 2019) was an Algerian politician who served in the government of Algeria as Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2007 to 2013.[1] He was President of the Constitutional Council of Algeria from 2013 until his death in 2019.
