Muhammad Naji al-Otari (Arabic: محمد ناجي عطري, romanizedMuḥammad Nājī al-'Uṭrī, also Etri, Itri and Otri; born 1 January 1944)[1] is a Syrian politician who was Prime Minister of Syria from 2003 to 2011.[2]
