Mukhtar Beskenuly Tileuberdi (Kazakh: Мұхтар Бескенұлы Тілеуберді, Mūhtar Beskenūly Tıleuberdı, Kazakh pronunciation: [mo̙χtɑɾ bʲeskʲeno̙ɫɯ tɘlʲewbʲeɾdɘ]; born June 30, 1968) is a Kazakh statesman, diplomat, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Austria, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to International Organizations in Vienna (2023).[1] who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 18 September 2019 until 29 March 2023.[2][3] He also served as Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan from 2022 to 2023.
