Munib ur-Rahman[a] (born 8 February 1945) is a Pakistani Islamic scholar, widely considered to be the grand mufti of Pakistani Barelvis.[1] He was the former chairman of Ruet-e-Hilal Committee. He is a professor at Jinnah University for Women.[2][3]
