Murat Abugaliuly Nurtleu (Kazakh: Мұрат Әбуғалиұлы Нұртілеу; born 11 March 1976) is a Kazakh politician and diplomat, who is currently serving as Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.[1] He previously served as Chief of Staff of the President of Kazakhstan.
