The Murusade, (Somali: Murursade, Mursal; Arabic: مرسذه ,مرسل) also contemporarily known as Mursal, are a Somali subclan, part of the Karanle branch of the larger Hawiye Clan. They primarily reside in the central regions of Somalia, with a particular focus on the Galgaduud,^[1][2] Lower Shabelle,^[3] Middle Shabelle^[4][2] and Banadir regions, among others.

The Mursal traditionally consist of nomadic pastoralists, coastal people, merchants and farmers. They are historically viewed as an affluent clan.^{[citation needed]} They are also one the earliest inhabitants of Mogadishu, the capital city of Somalia.^[5]
