Mysterious Island (孤島驚魂) is a 2011 Chinese horror film directed by Rico Chung.[2] The film is about a group of people invited to a Survivor styled television program on the Binlusai islands. On arriving there they lose their luggage and come across a message stating that they will all be killed.
The film was a commercial success in China where it grossed over $10 million in comparison to its $2 million budget.
