Nang Kalayar Aung (Burmese: နန်းကလျာအောင်; born Nang Kalayar Aung 6 July 1998), s a Burmese singer, model ethnic Shan descent.[1] Nang Kalayar Aung, together with her mentor, vocal instructor Daw Aye Aye Thin from Mandalay Pantra School, gained audience support by performing a cover of the song "Where No Painter Can Compete." She first became known for her cover of Nwe Yin Win's song "D Achin Ka Sa"[2] and Aye Chan May's song "Thu Thi Twar P"[3]. She is considered one of the most successful female singer in the history of Burmese Cover Song music.
Her first solo song Yin Khwin Mat Tine was released in 2020 March 6.[4]
