The National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI) is a nonprofit leadership training organization based in Washington, D.C., United States. It was founded by Cherie Brown, a member of Re-Evaluation Counseling (RC), in 1984, in order to spread the ideas and practices of RC.[1]
