Nelidovo (Russian: Нели́дово) is a town and the administrative center of Nelidovsky District in Tver Oblast, Russia, located in the Valdai Hills area on the Mezha River (Western Dvina's tributary), 276 kilometers (171 mi) southwest of Tver, the administrative center of the oblast. Population: 22,896 (2010 Census);[3] 26,154 (2002 Census);[9] 30,044 (1989 Soviet census).[10]
